I had some leftover homemade ricotta laying around, (yes, that's right - I think I'll say that again HOMEMADE RICOTTA! I made cheese!) that we seized as an opportunity to try something else I had been meaning to make. Gnocchi.
J woke up from his nap,
and I had a lovely lunch.
