She was just watching Madeline. She is very good at pointing it out whenever she sees it in books or pictures. She knows her Mom has a fondness for it.
However she did claim to have spied the famous Parisian structure the other day while driving through Park City. I don't know if you've ever been to Park City, but it didn't get it's name for lovely, expansive, grassy areas. It is because of it's plethora of manufactured homes. Yes, (trailer) Park City. So there aren't any Effiel Towers there that I am aware of, but keep your eyes open next time you're driving down 120 towards Green Bay Road.
