pizza

There are a few kinds of food that I don't bother making because I can buy it already made from someone who does it better (and quicker, cheaper, easier) than I assume I could. Lasagna, fried chickenpizza.
After enjoying an especially delicious thin-crust pizza a couple of weeks ago, I had been craving another. So a well-timed viewing of an episode of America's Test Kitchen was just the thing, New York-Style thin crust pizza.

DELICIOUS! Lino just might be getting a little less business from us.
