I have blueberry muffin recipes, this one the easiest and very good. One with a streusel topping (that always gets all over the floor). But you can always use another, right? Especially when you have a lot of almond flour (and not a lot of almond flour recipes). So when I found myself with an overabundance of blueberries (which had prevented me until now from trying this recipe) and a snowy day - muffins were made.
I didn't let G & J try the batter (they were being punished for something), so G set up camp at the oven for the entire 35 minute baking time. The muffins were treated to an xylophone concert and some stories.
And they were worth the wait.
