She said she would need some money and a cash register and the like.
So we made some. She helped me cut out coins and draw on the dollar bills.
Then she set up her store "shelves" and requested Buddy and I take turns buying things.
J was quick to oblige.
G rang us up and gave us change. She must have learned all of this from TV, because heaven knows her Mommy deals pretty exclusively with credit cards.
See that book in the upper corner, that was so she could read while she waited for us to shop.

I love the cash register and money you made to bring G.'s idea instantly to life for her. Taking the time to do that, before all the other things you probably had to do that afternoon, is another reason why you are such a great Mom :)
