G had her pretend birthday at school today. Can't leave out those summer birthday kids. She was very excited about her celebration. We made cookies for her to take. She picked out some gummy strawberries to put on top.  And made some pink frosting. Can you guess what made the frosting pink? It wasn't strawberries.

Beet juice.


And everyone thought they were delicious.
