Waukegan-ing

J and I went for a drive around our city yesterday. (Full disclosure, J fell asleep while on the way home from Target, so I decided to drive around until it was time to pick up G from school.) Here's some of what we found.

A peculiar sign caught my eye, apparently Waukegan has an Arts District. Who knew?
