random deliciousness


First time using the Christmas-gift bundt pan. A big hit.

French toast, good with challah, divine with Breadsmith's Cinnamon Swirl.

Pizza, dare-I-say, one step-up from the home-made version of my youth. Kept the side of popcorn, though.

Scrambled eggs with chives (from our yard!), bacon, POPOVERS! and fresh STRAWBERRY JAM!

I actually "made" a salad. For lunch. On a weekday. Just for myself. I might just do it again sometime.

Roast chicken breast, braised leeks (highly recommend), and green beans. Yes, four, whole, green beans.

"You-make-the-best-desserts,-Mommy"-coconut bread.
